Liu Zhongshou, male, born in October 1970, is from Jianyang, Fujian. He is of Han ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a PhD in Agricultural Automation and Electrification engineering, and is a teacher in the Electronic Information Engineering Teaching and Research Office of the School of Engineering at Jiangxi Agricultural University.
