The college, so far, hasestablisheda sound mechanism for cooperation among professional teamsof disciplinestopromote the construction of teaching and research innovation teams. Meanwhile, the collegehasfocusedon improving teachers’ teaching abilities through educational reformandimprovedteachers’ professional level through research,thusthe reform and innovation of teaching contents, teaching methods, and talent cultivation modelshave been promoted.Currently,there are two school-levelresearchplatformsin the college, including the Jiangxi Agricultural Education and Rural DevelopmentandResearch Center. In recent years, teachersof the collegehave achieved a series of accomplishments in educational and scientific researches.Firstly, theyhave been approvedmore than 50 provincial-levelorabove research projects, including 3 national funds, and7 provincial-level teaching achievement awards andsocialscienceachievementawardsofJiangxi Province;secondly, they have published over 80 academic papers, including 20 SCI indexed articles and 10 CSSCI sourced journals; thirdly, theyhave beenchief editorsof 12 textbooks.Besides,they have obtained1 invention patent, 5 utility model patents, and 12 computer software copyrights. Furthermore,teachersof the college have received 28 awardsin various competitions,such asthe Art Education Teaching Competition,Da Bei NongTeaching ModelEvaluation, and Blue Bridge Cup Competition.
