Dr. Huan Liang is an associate professor and master's supervisor in the College of Animal Science and Technology. He was selected as the talent project of "Major Discipline Leaders in Jiangxi Province". His research focuses on ruminant nutrition, utilization of unconventional feed resources, and control of beef quality. He undertook the teaching work of "Herbivore Production" for undergraduates and "Safe Production Technology of Agricultural Products" for postgraduate students. He has presided over 7 projects including 2 National Natural Science Foundation, 2 Natural Science Foundation of Jiangxi Province. He has published more than 40 papers in domestic and foreign journals, 6 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author. He is an reviewer for Microbiome, Frontiers in Nutrition, Scientific Reports, Journal of Animal Physiology and Animal Nutrition. He applied for 4 patents, authorized 2 foreign patents, authorized 1 national invention patent, participated in the compilation of 4 monographs, and formulated 7 local standards.
