Lanjiao Xu, born in Linchuan, Jiangxi Province, PhD, associate researcher, master's degree tutor, college student innovation and entrepreneurship tutor, mainly engaged in the use of nutrition and feeding management tools to regulate meat quality and other research. She has presided over and participated in more than 20 projects, presided over 8 projects (including 4 national projects), and participated in 15 projects (including 10 national projects). He has published more than 30 papers as the first author or corresponding author, and formulated 3 standards. He has guided postgraduates to win the first prize of ‘Cattle Elite Challenge’ in national agricultural and forestry universities, won the honours of ‘Excellent Class Teacher’ and ‘Excellent Thesis’, and won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Jiangxi Province in the year of 2020.
