Guangquan Li, born in August 1977, is a member of the China Democratic League (CDL), holds a Ph.D., and serves as an associate professor and master's supervisor. He is currently the Chairman of the CDL Committee at Jiangxi Agricultural University and the Deputy Dean of the Software College. Dr. Li also acts as a communication review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a thesis reviewer for the Ministry of Education’s Degree Center, a member of the provincial science and technology department's expert database, a provincial science and technology commissioner, and an expert in the Nanchang Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Think Tank. Additionally, he is a reviewer for several prestigious journals, including Knowledge-Based Systems, The Journal of Supercomputing, and IEEE Access.
In recent years, Dr. Li has successfully led and completed one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one project from the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences, two key provincial-level projects, one provincial social science planning project, five provincial education and teaching projects, and three scientific and technological planning projects from the Provincial Department of Education and humanities and social sciences projects from provincial universities. He has also been a key participant in three national-level projects and over ten provincial and ministerial-level projects. Furthermore, he has led and completed five research projects commissioned by the CDL provincial committee. Dr. Li has published more than 30 papers, with over 10 indexed in SCI, and authored one academic monograph. He has also registered eight software copyrights. He has been recognized as an "Outstanding Member" and "Excellent Correspondent" by the CDL Jiangxi Provincial Committee and has received multiple honors from Jiangxi Agricultural University, including "Excellent Teacher," "Advanced Individual in Three Educations," "Excellent Head Teacher," "Advanced Worker," and "Excellent Thesis Advisor."
