Hu Shufen, a member of the China Democratic National Construction Association, holds a master's degree in engineering and is an associate professor and master supervisor. She is a member of Jiangxi Key Laboratory of Modern Agricultural Equipment and an expert in the forestry oil tea industry in Jiangxi Province as well as an expert of Camellia oleifera Science and Technology Small Yard. She is mainly engaged in the research and development of post-harvest processing technology and equipment for Camellia oleifera, as well as the research and development of harvesting and pollination technology and equipment for Camellia oleifera,and teaching work. She has presided over and participated in more than 20 national, provincial, and regional forestry science and technology projects as well as education reform projects. She has obtained 8 national invention patents and over 20 utility model patents. She has published more than 20 papers. Sheparticipated inhas the formulation of 1 national forest and grass industry standard. She participated in editing a textbook. She received a provincial teaching achievement award. She has mentored more than 10 college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training projects. She guided students to win a bronze award and a third prize in the 12th and 13th "Challenge Cup" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Jiangxi Province respectively. She won more than 10 silver awards, bronze awards, and winning awards in university-level innovation and entrepreneurship competitions. She guided master students to participate in the first and second China Graduate Science and Technology Small Yard of Innovation Competition and won 1 first prize and 1 winning award.
