Mingyin Yao, PhD, professor, has been engaged in information sensing research on agricultural product quality and safety,and lightweight and simplified agricultural machinery and equipment. Exemplary individual of National Agricultural Machinery Science Popularization, Executive Director of Jiangxi Agricultural Engineering Society, Excellent Master's Thesis Instructor of Jiangxi Province, Principal of Jiangxi Provincial High level Undergraduate Teaching Team (Agricultural Machinery Teaching Team), and Director of The High Educational Key Laboratory of Optics-Electrics Application of Biomaterials, Jiangxi Province. Has presided over 3 national natural science foundation projects in related fields, 1 sub-project of national key R&D plan, and more than 10 scientific research projects at the provincial level. Participated in the completion of more than 10 projects such as the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Support; Published more than 60 academic papers, of which more than 30 were included in SCI and EI; More than 10 patents were authorized.Won the second prize of natural science in Jiangxi Province and the second prize of teaching achievement in Jiangxi Province. Relying on the national key R&D plan "Research and demonstration of key technologies for digital enhancement of socialized services in rural characteristic industries" (No.2022YFD1600600) and related projects such as Jiangxi Province Post-harvest Processing Key Technologies and Quality and Safety Collaborative Innovation Center, the production investigation of main characteristic vegetables, tea, fruits, livestock and poultry, aquatic products and other agricultural products in Jiangxi Province was completed, covering more than 50 varieties of characteristic agricultural products.In conjunction with Jiangxi Food Inspection and Testing Institute and other relevant departments, the safety risk assessment of agricultural products and their inputs, pesticide, veterinary drugs, antibiotics, heavy metals and other pollutants residues in the breeding environment was carried out, and the green, intelligent and unmanned monitoring technology of agricultural products and their inputs and habitats was developed by adopting the optical, mechanical and electrical integration method and the Internet of Things technology.
