Work Experience and Research Interests
Dr. Peng got his doctorate degree in animal virology from Huazhong Agricultural University, China in 2020. Afterpostdoctoral training atJiangsuAcademyof Agricultural Sciences in 2022, he is anassociateprofessor at Jiangxi Agricultural University, China. His study mainly focuses on investigation of the molecular basis of replication and virulence of monkeypox virus and swine coronaviruses, and the identification ofsignalingpathways modified by the viruses. The researchprogramswill help in designing protection strategies against the diseases caused by these viruses.
