Bo Liu is a lecturer at the School of Foreign Languages. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Jinan University (2006), a Master's degree in Translation from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (2008), and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (2023). She has one year of overseas research and teaching experience as a visiting scholar at the School of Management, Queensland University of Technology, 4 years of industry experience, and 13 years of English teaching experience. She teaches courses such as Organizational Behavior, Business Citizenship, Business English Translation, and Comprehensive Business English.
She has received several awards, including the Outstanding Individual honor at Jiangxi Agricultural University and second prizes in both the 'SFLEP Cup' English Teaching Competition and the Foreign Language Micro-lecture Competition in Jiangxi Province.
Her research focuses on organizational behavior, leadership, and business English teaching. She has led one Humanities and Social Sciences Youth Project funded by the Ministry of Education and one Jiangxi Provincial Educational Science Planning Project, while also participating in multiple provincial and national research projects. Her work has been published in high-quality journals such asManagement World,China Soft Science, andManagement Review.
