Chen Zhaojiu: born in 1969, from Xingguo County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. He is a second level professor, a specially appointed professor of "Jinggang Scholar", a doctoral supervisor in management. Member of the Second Teaching Guidance Committee for Agricultural Economics and Management Majors of the Ministry of Education, member of the Economic Discipline Evaluation Group of the Degree Office of the Jiangxi Provincial Government, former dean of the School of Economics and Management of Jiangxi Agricultural University, leader of young and middle-aged disciplines in universities in Jiangxi Province, candidate for the Jiangxi Province New Century Talents Project, director of the "Three Rural Issues Research Center" of Jiangxi Agricultural University, council member of the China Agricultural Economics Society, executive council member of the China Agricultural Technology and Economics Society, and vice chairman of the Jiangxi Management Society.

As the first host, I have completed one National Social Science Foundation project and four National Natural Science Foundation projects; Publicly published over 100 academic papers in this discipline, authored 6 monographs, and edited 7 textbooks; Received 1 second prize and 5 third prizes respectively for outstanding achievements in social sciences in Jiangxi Province, 1 excellent achievement from the Soft Science Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, 1 first prize for excellent textbooks in Jiangxi Province, and 4 second prizes for teaching achievements in Jiangxi Province.
