
Cao Dayu, a native of Xinyang, Henan Province, was born in 1978. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is currently a professor at the School of Economics and Management, Jiangxi Agricultural University. He also serves as a master's degree supervisor in agricultural economic management and is a key member of the economic team for the cattle and sheep industry technology system in Jiangxi Province.
As the primary host, he has presided over and undertaken six scientific research projects of various types. Additionally, he has participated in more than ten scientific research projects as a key member. He has published over ten academic papers in domestic and international academic journals such as "Soft Science," "Journal of Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management," "Appetite," and "British Food Journal." He has also authored two Chinese academic books, co-edited one textbook, and received instructions from sub-provincial leaders for his research reports.
