Hu Kai, Vice Dean of the Rural Revitalization Strategy Research Institute at Jiangxi Agricultural University, holds a Ph.D., is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and visiting scholar at the University of Denver in the United States. Research fields: agricultural and rural modernization, scientific and technological innovation policies, etc. Hosted over 30 national and provincial research projects and published more than 70 papers.
