Liu Geng:Female, born in 1991 in Xinyang, Henan Province. She holds a PhD She is a lecturer at School of Economics and Management, Jiangxi Agricultural University. She has held one National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, oneJiangxi Provincial University Humanities and Social Science Research Youth Project, and one Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education Science and Technology Key Project. She has also participated in one National Natural Science Foundation Regional Project and one Jiangxi Provincial University Humanities and Social Science Research Planning Project. As the first author or corresponding author, she has published several papers in academic journals such as “Tourism Management”, “Chinese Journal of Management”, “Journal of Business Economics”, “Advances in Psychological Science”, etc. Her research paper has been reprinted once by Renmin University's Reproduction Materials.

Research Direction:Human resource management, organizational behavior and farmer behavior.
