Ai Juanis from Xinyu, Jiangxi Province, China. She is a teacher at the School of Economics andManagement, Jiangxi Agricultural University, with the title of Lecturer. She has a doctorate in management. She has hosted three provincial-level projects funded by the Jiangxi Provincial Education Department, and participated as a main member in five national natural science foundation projects. She has published 13 academic papers in domestic and foreign academic journals, including SCI. Her research direction is human resource development and management, and agricultural economic theory and policy.
