Xiaowei Xiao:Born in Ji’an, Jiangxi Province, Lecturer, Master's Supervisor for MPAcc students. She has led 3 provincial research projects, published more than 10 academic papers. She has led and completed one provincial-level Undergraduate Teaching Quality Project, one provincial-level Online Open Course, and seven courses at the school level. She has also edited two case textbooks, and one of the teaching cases written by her was selected for inclusion in the China MPAcc Case Library. She has participated in completing one NSFC project, more than 10 provincial or ministerial-level projects, and one provincial-level Excellent Graduate Course. She has won the first Dabeinong Teaching Elite Award, as well as numerous titles such as "Excellent Teacher" and "Advanced Worker" at the school. She has also won more than 10 honors in teaching, including provincial-level Quality Course awards and school-level Teaching Achievement Awards. She has independently guided her students to win more than 20 provincial and above level awards in various competitions, such as the Second-prize Awards in the graduate group of the China MPAcc Student Case Competition in the south of China.
