ChunmeiZhang:Born in 1969, female, from Yifeng County, Jiangxi Province. Professor at the School of Economics and Management of Jiangxi Agricultural University, Doctor of Management from Hohai University, Visiting Scholar at Case Western Reserve University (USA), Review Expert for National Social Science Fund projects, Consulting Expert for Reservoir Immigrants of the Ministry of Water Resources, Government Service Expert for Jiangxi Provincial Government, Special Researcher for the Research Office of Jiangxi Provincial Government, Director of the Fourth Council of the Chinese Sociological Association's Committee on Resettlement Sociology, Director of the Fourth Council of the Jiangxi International Taxation Research Association, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Jiangxi New Liberal Arts Education Research Center, External Director of China Jiang International Corporation and Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.

For thirty years, she has been dedicated to teaching and research work in financial management and related interdisciplinary fields, nurturing a large number of undergraduate and graduate students. In addition to teaching, she has always paid close attention to the key and difficult issues of economic and social development, conducting field investigations and research. She has led and completed one project each for the National Social Science Fund (with results evaluated as excellent), the National Natural Science Foundation, and the Ministry of Education's Social Science Planning Project. She has also led more than ten provincial and ministerial-level projects, participated as a key member in over ten national fund and provincial-ministerial level projects, and published over sixty papers. In recent years, she has particularly focused on targeted countermeasure research based on the actual situation of economic and social development in Jiangxi, providing suggestions for the province's development. Five research reports have received positive feedback from the top leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government and have been referred to relevant departments (units) for study and adoption. Many of her research recommendations have been adopted by the Resettlement Bureau of the Ministry of Water Resources and provincial departments. One research report won the Second Prize of Excellent Achievements of the Twentieth Session of Jiangxi Social Sciences. One case study was selected for inclusion in the national MPAcc teaching case library.
