Xiaolan Kang:Born inAnfu,Jiangxi Province,Associate Professor, Master of Management,Postgraduate Tutor. Leaded in and completed over 20 research projects. She has led and completed National Social Science Fund of China,Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Research Planning Project, Project Supported by the Key Research Base of Humanities at Jiangxi Provincial Universities, Jiangxi Provincial Education Department for Scientific and Technological Research. And he has led theprojectsfunded byKey Bidding Project of Jiangxi University Humanities and Social Sciences Project, Project of Strategic Research and Consulting of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Key Research Base Project of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Jiangxi Province, and Assigned Project of Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Jiangxi Province (Institute of Jiangxi Selenium-Rich Agricultural Research). He has published more than 30 academic papers in domestic and foreign academic journals such asForestry EconomicsandJournal of Agrotechnical Economics, with 10 papers as the first author, 5 papers as the corresponding author, and 7 papers as the second author. The first author has published an academic book in Chinese. As the second author, I wrote theMonitoring Report of the Collective Forest Tenure Reform(JiangxiProvince) during 2010 to 2016.The first author won the second prize for outstanding papers three times. The second author won the first prize for outstanding paper and the second prize for outstanding paper. She has completed theMonitoring Report of the Collective Forest Tenure Reform(Jiangxi Province) as the second participant, won the Second Prize of Liangxi Forestry Science and Technology Award of the State Forestry Administration.
