Liu Xiaochun：From Jishui in Jiangxi province, an associate professor, a Doctor of Economics.He is also a supervisor for academic postgraduate students majoring in Applied Economics and Social Security and for professional postgraduate students majoring in Accounting and Agriculture.And as a visiting scholar,he has been to the University of Newcastle (UON)in Australia.Additionally,he is an expert in industrial economics of Jiangxi poultry industry technology system and asan expert in poverty alleviation exit assessment as well as post-consolidation assessment of poverty alleviation achievements in China and Jiangxi Province. Then,he is a researcher at the Jiangxi Rural Revitalization Strategy Research Institute of Jiangxi Agricultural University.As for his achievements：he has presided and undertaken nearly twenty various scientific research projects, including one project of the National Social Science Foundation, one project of the Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education.And as a major member,he has participated in more than twenty various scientific research projects.Besides,he instructs his students to win the Special Award in the“ICBC Cup”–National College Students Financial Technology Innovation Competition in Jiangxi and win the national third prize in“Zhengda Cup”–National College Students market survey and analysis competition,which more than 50 various awards in total. What’s more, he has published more than 50 academic papers in academic journals such asJiangxi Social Sciences, Scientific Management Research, Rural Economy, Business Research, Journal of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,Journal of Agro- forestry Economics and Management , Social Security Studiesand so on. He is also the chief editor and deputy editor of one textbook respectively, has edited two books and published three monographs.Moreover,for his scientific research achievements, he has won two provincial social science outstanding achievement awards.In terms of his main research directions,they are rural fiscal and financial theory and policy,poverty governance and social security theory and policy, and agricultural technological innovation management theory and policy.
