
Fang Xiong , male, born in 1986 in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, Ph.D., associate professor (young professor of the school), master's tutor. In 2021 , the school's "Fifth Category" high-level introduced talents were selected into Jiangxi Province's "Double Thousand Plan" talent project. Mainly engaged in research on ecosystem biogeochemical cycles, focusing on soil organic carbon cycle processes and microbial mechanisms. Currently, he has hosted or completed 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects , 4 provincial and ministerial level projects, participated in more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects , and has published more than 40 papers, among which he is the first author or corresponding author in Soil Biology and He has published 16 papers in authoritative domestic and foreign publications such as Biogeochemistry , Biogeochemistry , Biology and Fertility of Soils , Plant and Soil , Acta Ecologica Sinica, etc., has 3 authorized patents , and co-edited 1 monograph. Guiding graduate students to win 1 school-level outstanding master's thesis and 1 first-class and second-class scholarship . Guiding undergraduate students to obtain approval for 1 provincial-level innovation and entrepreneurship project for college students, 1 project for the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ College Student Innovation and Practice Training Plan , and 4 school-level innovation and entrepreneurship projects for college students . He has won the first prize in the final evaluation of the key education reform project of industry-university cooperation and collaborative education by the Ministry of Education, the second prize in the teaching evaluation activity of new teachers in the school, and the "Excellent Class Teacher" and other honors.
