Male, born in 1985 in Lichuan, Jiangxi Province, Ph.D., associate professor. In 2021, the school's "fifth category" high-level introduced talents were selected as young leading talents in the " Ganpo Talent Support Plan·University Leading Talent Training Project". Mainly engaged in research in the fields of agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control, degraded soil improvement and soil fertility improvement. Hosted or completed 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 4 provincial and ministerial level projects, participated in more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, and published more than 30 papers, including the first author or corresponding author in Journal of Cleaner Production, He has published 16 papers in mainstream domestic and foreign publications such as Environmental Pollution, Soil & Tillage Research, Chemosphere, Journal of soil and sediments, Journal of Agricultural Engineering, and Environmental Science Research, co-edited 2 monographs, and authorized 2 national utility model patents. Reviewed for international journals such as Journal of Geochemical Exploration and Journal of Soils and Sediments. It has won a total of 1 second prize of the Dayu Water Conservancy Science and Technology Award of the Ministry of Water Resources, 2 third prizes of the China Soil and Water Conservation Society Science and Technology Award, and 2 first prizes of the Ganpo Water Conservancy Science and Technology Award; in 2018, it won the direct award of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Water Conservancy.
