Zou Xiaojuan, a female associate professor in the Department of Public Administration, has presided over (and completed) 3 provincial educational science planning projects, 1 school-level teaching reform research project, and played a pivotal role in 8 provincial-level education and teaching reform projects. She has received 1 provincial-level teaching achievement award of the first prize (R3), and 2 school-level teaching achievement awards of the first prize (R1, R3). Recognized for her dedication, she has been honored as an "Excellent Teacher" of the university once, achieved "Excellent" ratings in annual assessments three times, and been awarded the title of "Excellent Supervisor for Undergraduate Thesis" three times. Under her guidance, students have won 2 provincial-level awards and 5 school-level awards.


Professor Zou has also led 6 research projects, including 1 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project, 2 provincial-level recommended project, and 3 department-level projects. Additionally, she has been a key participant in 22 research projects, comprising 8 national-level projects, 8 provincial-level projects, and 6 department-level projects.


In terms of academic contributions, Professor Zou has independently published 1 monograph thesis, and authored more than 30 professional academic papers, of which 25 pieces of first work and correspondence, including 1 piece of CSSCI, 11 pieces of Chinese Core。

Throughout her career, she has been awarded prestigious titles such as "Over 30 Years of Teaching in Urban Schools in Jiangxi Province," "Advanced Individual in Political Consultation and Participation in Government Affairs" at the provincial level of the Revolutionary Committee of the Kuomintang, and "Advanced Worker" of the university.
