Wan Shaofang, female, a lecturer at College of Humanities and Public Administration, Jiangxi Agricultural University. She gets Master degree and serves as the dean of the Music Department and a council member of the Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone Musicians Association. Additionally, she acts as the instructor for the Art Troupe of Jiangxi Agricultural University and has been recognized as an outstanding individual in art education among universities in Jiangxi Province. Ms. Wan has undertaken the planning and guidance for significant school cultural evenings, including the doctoral application celebration, school anniversary celebration, and the celebration for the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China.
She has organized and coached students to participate in various artistic competitions, achieving notable accomplishments such as one first prize in the National College Students' Art Performance, advancing to the finals of the National University Integrity Culture Works Collection Competition. She successively secured two third prizes and one outstanding performance award in the Jiangxi Provincial College Students' Dance Competition; one first prize, two second prizes, and eight third prizes in the Jiangxi Provincial College Students' Art Performance;two third prizes in the Jiangxi Provincial College Students' TV Dance Competition, and one second prize in the Artistic Category of the Jiangxi Provincial University Integrity Culture Works Collection.
Ms. Wan has published academic papers titled "A Brief Discussion on the Exploration of Co-education in Dance Courses in Colleges and Universities" and "On the Cultural Connotation and Educational Functions of Red Songs." Furthermore, she has participated in four provincial-level research projects and served as a key member in a team that won the First Prize for Teaching Achievements in Jiangxi Province.
