The International Industry-University-Research Cooperation Conference (Jiangxi branch) was held in Nanchang, capital city of Jiangxi Province) on October 26, 2023 attended by over 400 people from over 23 countries and regions.
With “diversified cooperation for greater opening and win-win situation” as the theme, the conference is aimed at a new outlook of industry-university-research cooperation at home and abroad. As a result, a joint mechanism between seven bodies, including Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Guizhou provinces, Chongqing city and Tibet, took its shape. Besides, six international industry-university-research disciplinary alliances were founded, eight cooperation platforms were unveiled, and nine cooperation programs were signed.
Vice President Liu Muhua on behalf of Jiangxi Agricultural University signed with Jiangxi Tianya Seed Co., Ltd a cooperative program to jointly build “Jiangxi high-quality rice breeding innovation center”.
After that, five representatives from domestic and foreign universities and enterprises shared their experience on industry-university-research cooperation. International students from our university were invited to participate in this activity.
Besides, Cai Haisheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the University, introduced our polices of introduction of high-quality talents.
